SYMPTOMS

The "Viewing and Printing the Workflow" Help topic includes a subtopic named "Changing the Look of the Diagram." This subtopic refers to Order, Bring to Front, and Send to Back options available on the Format menu. However, these commands are not on the Format menu.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior

  1. Install Microsoft Office XP Developer.
  2. Open Help.
  3. Locate the "Viewing and Printing the Workflow" Help topic. Locate the "Changing the Look of the Diagram" Help subtopic.
  4. Locate the "To re-order the diagram" section. Note that this section mentions the Order, Bring to Front, and Send to Back options available on the Format menu.
  5. In the Microsoft Development Environment, create a new SQL Workflow project.
  6. Click the Format menu. Note that these commands do not appear on the Format menu.
