NM: Remote Desktop Sharing Problem When You Use the AltGr Key in Programs (301050)

If you use the AltGr key in combination with another key to type characters in a program that is used on a remote computer, like Wordpad.exe, you cannot use other navigation keys in the used program anymore.
You cannot use the ENTER, BACKSPACE, POS1, END, and cursor keys in the program after you use the AltGr key combination. This problem affects only the remote program where you used the key combination. Other programs that are running at the remote computer are not affected.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, press CTRL+ALT+"another key" instead of AltGr+"another key". If the problem has already occurred, press the CTRL+Alt keys once, or close and re-open the affected program to regain full keyboard functionality.

In many keyboard layouts, the AltGr key is used to access the third keystate to create characters. For example, if you use a German keyboard, the AltGr key is used to type the backslash (\) character, the tilde (~) character, or the number sign (#) character in programs.
This problem only occurs in specific programs. For example, the problem occurs when you use the Wordpad.exe file, but it does not occur when you use the Notepad.exe file.
