"% Registry Quota In Use" counter does not apply to Windows XP (300510)

In System Monitor, the "% Registry Quota in Use" counter under the System object is not applicable on a Windows XP computer, and the value that is reported is not the actual percentage of the registry quota that is currently in use.
CAUSE
Windows XP does not have a limit on the size of the registry. This counter has been left in Windows XP to maintain backwards compatibility.
