XFOR: Event ID 1053 May Result When You Migrate from Lotus cc:Mail to Exchange 2000 (300247)

When you are migrating a user's personal address book (PAB) from Lotus cc:Mail that contains names with spaces in the last name, such as De Grasse, Kirk, you may receive the following error in the Application event log:
Event ID: 1053
Description: unable to add Kirk De Grasse to PAB for user migrated user the address could not be located in the cc:Mail post office.
CAUSE
The Migration Wizard turned the name into a Firstname Lastname representation and was unable to distinguish the double last name.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
