This article was previously published under Q300228 SYMPTOMSAn access violation may occur in Terminal Services Manager (Tsadmin.exe). This problem may occur when: - You join a Windows 2000-based server to Windows 2000 Active Directory.
- You start Terminal Services Manager, and permit the computers in the domain to appear.
- You click various places in the window, and you expand nodes.
CAUSEThis problem is caused by an incorrect time string in Tsaadmin.exe.

The English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC).
