receive the following error message that informs them that there is a policy
restriction if they want to use the restricted item: This
operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. For example, a user may attempt to access a hidden hard
disk or use a feature that is disabled, but the command (the menu item or
shortcut) is still available. STATUSMicrosoft
