SYMPTOMS

On the Microsoft keyboards that are listed in the "Applies To" section, the WEB/HOME hot key may not work as expected.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur if you are running a third-party desktop manager program called goScreen.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue and restore the normal functionality of your WEB/HOME hot key, disable the goScreen program.
