SYMPTOMS

If a toolbar is dragged from the taskbar and released on a different side of the screen, the toolbar that is displayed does not have a theme with a visual style.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

For compatibility reasons, themes are not applied to any toolbars that have been removed from the main taskbar.
