SYMPTOMS
After you install Outlook Mobile Manager, the menu commands and toolbar buttons that you use to mark messages as Urgent or Non-Urgent are unavailable.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use Microsoft Outlook to mark messages as Urgent and Non-urgent. After you install Outlook Mobile Manager, a new menu command and two toolbar buttons for Mobile Manager are added to Outlook; you can use these features to mark messages.

Outlook Mobile Manager includes the Learning functionality that automatically forwards messages to your wireless device. To use Learning, you must first mark messages as Urgent or Non-urgent.
If the menu command and buttons are displayed in Outlook but are not available, you may have opened a folder other than the Inbox. You can only use the Learning functionality in the Inbox.
