SYMPTOMS

When you click Help on the Data Warehouse property page, Help content is not displayed. Instead, you may receive one of the following error messages:
Action Cancelled

The page cannot be displayed

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Commerce Server 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Commerce Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in Commerce Server 2000 Service Pack 1.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

  1. Start the Microsoft Commerce Server Manager (MMC).
  2. From the tree view, click to expand the Commerce Server Manager and Global Resources nodes.
  3. Right-click Data Warehouse, and then click Properties.
  4. In the Properties dialog box, click Help. Notice that no topic is listed in the index, and an HTML-style error message appears in the Data pane.
