To apply a new license file to MOM, follow these steps:
  1. Start the MOM Administrator Console.
  2. Right-click the Microsoft Operations Manager (Default) node, and then click View - License.
  3. Depending on how your license has been provided, either click Apply New License From File and then browse to the location of the license file, or click Apply New Microsoft License and then type the 25-character product key.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Apply, and then click OK.
