SPX Header Are Not Available for a Terminate Packet (298153)

If a 16-bit SPX Sockets program tries to read the SPX header on a terminate packet in Windows 2000, it does not work.
CAUSE
The Microsoft Windows NT implementation of Sockets does not make the SPX header available on a terminate packet.
