RESOLUTION

First, verify that you can connect to the Dial-A-Zip site by using a Web browser. To verify, click the following link, or copy and paste the Web site address into the Address or Locator bar in your Web browser: NOTE: It is not possible to verify addresses by accessing this FTP site directly. An application such as DMM is required for verification.

If you cannot access this FTP site, there is a problem with your Internet connection or browser, or with the Dial-A-Zip site itself. Try to connect to the site later, or contact your network administrator or Internet Service Provider to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

If you are able to connect to the Dial-A-Zip site by using your Web browser, but you cannot connect by using DMM, follow these steps to update your version of DMM:
  1. Click the following link, and follow the instructions to download and install DMM version 2.02.0044:NOTE: This download is not the most current version of DMM. However, it should make it possible to connect to the Dial-A-Zip server for verification and for further updates.

  2. After you install version 2.02.0044, start DMM.
  3. If you are prompted to resume the previous session or start over, click Resume.
  4. Click the Options button.
  5. In Direct Mail Manager Options, click the Optional Steps tab.
  6. Click the Check Now button.
  7. Wait for the program to determine the latest version, and then follow the prompts to install it.
