When you use the Windows Media Encoder to broadcast a live stream through Windows Media Services, and you change the stream format while broadcasting with a Windows Media Player that is connected, the following error message may occur in Windows Media Player:
0xC00D1389: The streaming media description is no longer current.
WORKAROUND
To resolve this problem, restart the computer or log in again.
