An access violation may occur in Termsrv.exe on a Windows 2000 Server-based computer that is running Citrix MetaFrame version 1.8. As a result, users cannot create a connection to the Terminal Server computer. The following error message may appear at the console:
The instruction at "0x77f82460" referenced memory at "0x003f2801".
The memory could not be written.
Click OK to terminate the Program
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact Citrix Systems, Inc., to obtain the latest available fix. Note that this fix requires installation of MetaFrame 1.8 Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000.
