Visualizations Do Not Work When You Use Analog Playback (297743)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Analog mode for CD-ROM playback, visualizations may not work properly, or they may not work at all.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem if your computer supports digital CD-ROM playback, switch to Digital mode:
  1. In Windows Media Player, click Options on the Tools menu.
  2. Click the Devices tab.
  3. Click the CD-ROM or DVD drive you want to change, and then click Properties.
  4. Under Playback, click Digital, and then click OK.
  5. Click OK, and then follow any instructions that appear on the screen.
