FIX: Size Limit When You Use BTConfigAssistant to Export Configuration in VBScript Format (297668)

When you use the BizTalk ConfigAssistant Software Development Kit (SDK) sample (BTConfigAssistant.exe) to export your BizTalk Server configuration in VBScript format, if the resultant VBScript file is larger than 128 KB, the VBScript is not saved to file in its entirety.
This problem does not occur when you export a configuration in XML format.
CAUSE
BTConfAssistant.exe cannot export a VBScript file that is larger than 128 KB.
