SYMPTOMS

When you send BizTalk messages with the HTTP transport protocol and an envelope type of either Reliable or Custom XML, the SOAPAction header value in the HTTP header that is sent with the document may not be enclosed in quotation marks.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in BizTalk Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1.
