This article describes how to resolve several alerts simultaneously in Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM).

MOM supports the simultaneous resolution of multiple alerts. To perform this action:
  1. Click one alert to select it, and then hold down either the CTRL or the SHIFT key while you select the other alerts.
  2. Right-click one of the highlighted alerts, and then click All Tasks.
  3. Click the appropriate resolution state.
Note that you can set the resolution state for multiple alerts, but you must set the owner for each alert individually. For further information about assigning an owner to alerts, refer to the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
