You may experience lost or duplicate documents when you use BizTalk Server 2000 in a clustered environment.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC) or Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) resource has failed over on the cluster.
