SYMPTOMS

When you use Outlook Mobile Access to reply or to forward mail that contains fonts that use only symbols and pictures (for example, Wingdings) rather than standard alpha-numeric characters, all content that had been in the special symbol or picture font may be missing in the copy of the message that is received by the recipient.

Also, all of the data that is supposed to be displayed after the symbol or picture-type font is also missing in the copy of the message that is received by the recipient.

This problem can occur because Outlook Mobile Access does not process symbol or picture-type fonts.
