SUMMARY

Microsoft Word 2002 introduces functionality that enables you to select non-contiguous items such as text or graphics. You can use this feature to apply batch formatting throughout a document. For example, you can apply formatting, such as bold, underline, and so forth, to non-contiguous items. You can also use this functionality with other operations like finding and replacing text or graphics.
