Cannot Dismiss Password Notification Message in Outlook Mobile Access (297287)

When you use the EZWap Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) browser on a PocketPC device to access an Exchange Server mailbox by using Mobile Information Server and Microsoft Outlook Mobile Access, you may receive a message that prompts you to change a password that is about to expire. You may not be able to close or dismiss this message.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, disable the password notification functionality in Outlook Mobile Access on the Mobile Information Server computer:
- Open Mobile Information Server System Manager.
- Right click MIS Installation, and then click Properties.
- Click the Authentication Settings tab, and then click to clear the Enable password expiration notifications check box.
- Click Apply, and then click OK.
