While your computer runs Winmgmt.exe, the following error message appears when you try to rename or delete a log file or trace file that is processed through the log provider:
0x80070020 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
The Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) trace log provider is unusable.
