SYMPTOMS

Document links (doclinks) that point to a Domino database on UNIX-based systems cannot convert to Rich Text Format (RTF) when messages with the doclinks are sent across an Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes.

The Exchange Server user receives a message with an attachment. When the user opens the attachment, the following message is displayed:

Notes Link Description:
Database_Name
Notes Server:
CN=Name_of_UNIX_Domino_Server/O=Notes_Domain_Name
Notes Document Link was not accessible at processing time. Contact sender or message source to obtain document link information.
