This article was previously published under Q296329 SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Internet Explorer, the AutoSuggest feature may not function as expected in all Web page input boxes. Internet Explorer may not suggest any previous entries, even though Intelliforms has been activated.
NOTE: This behavior can occur through any means of access to the AutoSuggest feature: if you type the first letter of a word or phrase, double-click the input box, or press the DOWN ARROW key.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because some Web pages do not allow AutoSuggest to recall previously typed inputs.
NOTE: AutoSuggest works as expected in most user input boxes.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
