Error Message When You Rename a Favorite (296297)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to rename a Favorite, you may receive the following error message:
A filename cannot contain any of following characters:
\/:*?"<>|
NOTE: You receive this error message even though you use valid characters to rename the Favorite.

CAUSE

This issue can occur when you rename a Favorite with a name that contains 236 or more characters.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, rename the Favorite with a name that has fewer than 236 characters.
