When you first attempt to use a keyboard command to select an item in the List of approved and disapproved Web sites on the Approved Sites tab in the Content Advisor dialog box, you may be unable to do so.
When you press ALT+L to select List of approved and disapproved Web sites, no items in the list appear to be selected.
When you repeatedly press the TAB key to cycle through the commands on the page, no items in the list appear to be selected when you cycle to the List of approved and disapproved Web sites.
CAUSE
This problem only occurs when no items in the List of approved and disapproved Web sites have been previously selected.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use one of the following methods:
Method 1: Keyboard
Press ALT+L to select the List of approved and disapproved Web sites. The list is selected but no items in that list are highlighted. To select an item in the list, press the DOWN ARROW key.
Method 2: Mouse
Use the mouse to select the item that you want in the List of approved and disapproved Web sites.
