SYMPTOMS

When you deploy Outlook using the Outlook Deployment Kit (ODK) from the April 1, 1998 Microsoft Select Compact Disc (CD), you may be required to input the CD key.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, download and run Odkpatch.exe. The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center:
