When you log on to your Windows 2000-based computer while it is disconnected from the network, some or all of your offline files may be missing or unavailable.
CAUSE
This problem may be the result of one or more of the following conditions or actions:
- If a second user logs on while the computer is still offline, the first user's files may be unpinned.
- When files are pinned, they may not be filled immediately. Instead, files may be dependant on logoff synchronizations to fill them if they are not automatically filled while logged on.
- A logoff occurs before administrative pinning has completed.
- Full synchronization at logoff did not find new files in administrative-pinned folders.
