SYMPTOMS

When Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) generates Event 21016, the message that you receive seems to be an "Info" type of message. However, the message may be described on the screen as a "Warning". The message that the event generates is as follows:
The Agent Manager started the OnePoint service on computer Agent name and configured it to start automatically when the computer reboots.
