Adding Child Processing Rule Group Displays Only Items for WTS Rules (296013)

When you try to add a child Processing Rule Group in Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), you may be unable to add or select any rule groups other than the rule groups that are listed in the Select Item dialog box, and that list contains only Windows NT Terminal Server (WTS) rules and manually created rules.
In addition, you may experience a long delay before the list of groups appears.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
