SYMPTOMS

When Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) sends your first notification e-mail through an Exchange Server computer, you may receive the following warning message:

Event Source: OnePoint Operations
Event Category: None
Event ID: 9155
Description:
A MAPI error occurred. Unable to create a mail profile on this machine.
Operation: (CreateEmptyProfile,MAPIAdminProfiles::CreateProfile,hr=0)

MORE INFORMATION

This warning message appears only with the first e-mail notification that MOM sends. Future e-mail notifications are sent successfully.
