OL2002: The Print Option Is Missing When You Select Multiple Attachments (295733)

SUMMARY

In earlier versions of Microsoft Outlook, you could select multiple attachments in a message, right-click, and then click Print from the drop-down menu. This Print option is no longer available in Outlook 2002 when you select more than one attachment.

NOTE: The Print option is available when you select a single attachment.

Use the following steps to print multiple attachments:
  1. Click File, and then click Print.
  2. Click to select the Print attached files. Attachments print to the default printer only check box, and then click OK.
