You receive an error message if you use the IBM Tivoli Remote Control (295555)

SYMPTOMS

At different times during the use of a Microsoft Windows 2000-based domain controller, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
The system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

Time before shutdown: 00:00:30
You may then receive an error message that is similar to the following, and your computer may restart:
The system process LSASS.EXE terminated unexpectedly with status code -2147483645.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the IBM Tivoli Remote Control is installed in your computer.

RESOLUTION
