SYMPTOMS

When you press the CLOSE hot key on the Microsoft Office Keyboard to quit Microsoft Works Portfolio 2001, the program is not closed as expected.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the CLOSE hot key does not correspond with the universal keyboard shortcut CTRL+F4 (Close) in Works Portfolio 2001 on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 (SP6)-based computer.
