IntelliType Pro 2: PRINT Hot Key Does Not Work as Expected (295507)

SYMPTOMS

When you press the PRINT hot key on the Microsoft Office Keyboard, the document may not be printed as expected.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs if you are attempting to print an item in the Microsoft Works Portfolio collection. The PRINT speed key does not function in Works Portfolio.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, use the standard method to print the item in the Works Portfolio collection. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Start Works Portfolio.
  2. Select the item that you want to print.
  3. To the right, click Print Item.

    Or to print the entire collection, click Tasks, and then click Print Current Collection.
