IntelliType Pro 2: UNDO Hot Key Does Not Work as Expected (295505)

When you press the UNDO hot key on the Microsoft Office Keyboard, you may not receive the expected results.
CAUSE
The proper functioning of the UNDO hot key depends on the program in which you are using it to recognize the universal keyboard shortcut CTRL+Z. If the program does not recognize this shortcut, the UNDO hot key does not perform as expected.
The following programs do not recognize the CTRL+Z shortcut:

To determine whether your program recognizes the CTRL+Z shortcut, click Edit on the standard toolbar. If the Edit menu includes an Undo command with the keyboard shortcut CTRL+Z next to it, this program should allow the UNDO hot key to function properly.
