IntelliType Pro 2: Mail Inbox Is Not Displayed When You Press the MAIL Hot Key (295499)

SYMPTOMS

When you press the MAIL hot key on the Microsoft Office Keyboard, the Mail Inbox may not be displayed as expected.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
  • You are using Lotus Notes 5 as your e-mail program.

    -and-
  • You perform the following steps in the given order:
    1. Press the MAIL hot key, and then click Favorite Bookmarks.
    2. Press the MAIL hot key again, and then click To Do.
    3. Press the MAIL hot key again.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
