IntelliType Pro 2: Help Does Not Start as Expected When You Press the HELP Hot Key (295482)

SYMPTOMS

When you press the HELP hot key on the Microsoft Office Keyboard, Help does not start as expected.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you press the HELP hot key while you are playing Microsoft Flight Simulator 98. Flight Simulator 98 has its own keyboard assignments. When you press the F1 key or the HELP hot key in Flight Simulator 98, this cuts the throttle instead of starting the Help program.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, click Help on the standard toolbar.
