IntelliType Pro 2: REDO Hot Key Does Not Work as Expected in Excel 97 (295477)

SYMPTOMS

When you press the REDO hot key on the Microsoft Office Keyboard, the Redo function may not be performed as expected.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you are working in Microsoft Excel 97.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, press the UNDO hot key to switch (toggle) betwen the Redo function and the Undo function. In Excel 97, the Undo function actually performs both the Undo and Redo actions.
