SYMPTOMS

When you press the REFRESH and STOP hot keys on the keyboards that are listed in the "Applies To" section, the associated functions may not be performed as expected.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you are using America Online (AOL) version 4.0 as your Web browser.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade your AOL installation to the latest release.

This version of AOL is no longer supported by Microsoft IntelliType Pro 2.0-or-higher software.
