OFF2000: "CBread!=0" and "PszShortname!=null" Error Messages When You Try to Use Online Help in the Arabic or Hebrew Version of Office (295331)

When you use online Help in versions of Office 2000 that have been localized into Arabic or Hebrew, you may receive the following error messages:
CBread!=0
Retry to call debug break
PszShortname!=null
CAUSE
This issue occurs if all of the following conditions are true:
- You are using a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer.
- The localized Arabic or Hebrew version of Office 2000 is installed.
- The mini-language pack (LPK) from CD 2 of Office is installed.
- You set the user interface (UI) language and Help language to the language provided in the mini-language pack (English or French for Arabic Word, and English for Hebrew Word).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, run the Hhupd.exe tool that is located in the Support\Not2000 folder on CD 1 of the Office 2000 SR-1 CD-ROM.
