ACC2002: Access Quits When It Tries to Open the Theme Dialog Box on a Converted Data Access Page If the Theme Is Not Installed (295258)

SYMPTOMS
When you open a converted data access page that has a theme that is not installed and you try to view or change the theme of the page (by clicking Theme on the Format menu), you receive the following error message, and then Microsoft Access quits:
Microsoft Access has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
RESOLUTION
In the Office Shared Features section of the Office Setup tree, click the plus sign next to Themes, and then do one of the following:
- Click Run all from my computer for Themes.
- Click Run all from my computer for Typical Themes.
- Click Run all from my computer for Additional Themes.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
