When you use the Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging client program, you may experience the following behaviors:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if your Exchange Instant Messaging server's licensing mode is set to Per Server mode, which means that a limited number of concurrent connections are permitted at a single time. Because Exchange Instant Messaging uses the Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 service users may experience the symptoms described in the "Symptoms" section, if the number of concurrent connections is reached.
