SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Publisher 2002, the "Add or delete Adjust handles so you can change the shape of a picture's outline" Help topic list an incorrect procedure. It states:
  1. Select the picture.
  2. On the outline of the picture, position the mouse pointer where you want to add the new handle.
  3. Hold down CTRL and then click where you want to add a new handle.NOTE: To delete a handle, hold down CTRL+SHIFT and click the handle.
