SYMPTOMS

In the What's New section of online Help in Publisher 2002, the following information is displayed:

Diagramming You can add a variety of diagrams by using the diagramming tools on the Drawing toolbar.

This Help topic is incorrect.

CAUSE

Microsoft Publisher 2002 does not use the diagramming feature common to other Office XP programs. Publisher also does not use the Drawing toolbar, which is unavailable for selection under Toolbars on the View menu.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
