MORE INFORMATION
Outlook Mobile Manager includes Learning technology that enables you to mark messages as Urgent so that intelligent Learning can route messages to your wireless device. After you have received Learned messages, these messages are stored, and you may want to back up the information if you are moving your installation to another computer. You can restore the Learned information that you have backed up if you have had problems with your mailbox or local computer.
To back up or restore this information, start Outlook Mobile Manager, click My E-mail, click Advanced, and then either click Back Up or Restore. The error messages that are described in the Summary section may occur during either of these operations if you have selected to work offline in the Outlook Mobile Manager Overview window, or if you have lost connectivity to your network and the Exchange Server computer is unavailable.
To check for network connectivity, try to access other resources on the network. You should also confirm e-mail functionality by using Microsoft Outlook to send a test message.
