OL2001: Error Message: "The Action Could Not Completed..." When You Edit or Create the Profile Password (294602)

When you change or create a profile password by using the Outlook Settings in Outlook 2001 for Mac, you may receive the following error message:
The action could not be completed. The profile name is not valid. Enter a valid profile name.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because your may not have set your profile password correctly.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, verify that your password is entered in the Old Password field.
MORE INFORMATION
The error message that is described in the "Symptoms" section of this article is not correct. The error message occurs when you enter an incorrect password in the Old Password field, and then attempt to change your password. The error message also occurs if you enter information in the Old Password field when you create a profile password for the first time.
Do not enter any characters in the Old Password field when you create a password for the first time.
