OL2001: You Cannot Paste Text Into a Calendar Row (294575)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to paste text by using the COMMAND (Apple) + V keystroke into a time slot on the Calendar view in Outlook 2001 for Mac, the text is not pasted. In addition, the Paste command is not available on the Outlook 2001 for Mac Edit menu.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, open a new appointment or meeting, and then paste the text in the appropriate field.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
